  3. this album is actually heavier sounding than Slaughter of the Soul, and the recording sounds "dirtier" which hearkens back to the Sunlight Studios album, With Fear I Kiss the Burning Darkness. There is even a mid-tempo song that has 16th note double bass at like bpm just like most of the songs on The Red in the Sky is Ours.

  6. Basically, Abigail is as horror story concept album about a family inheriting a haunted mansion. The sound is a progressive blend of early Ozzy and mid Judas Priest (think Defenders of the Faith's Freewheel Burning or Jawbreaker) with some melodic speed metal along the lines of Keeper of the Seven Key's I & II/5().
  7. A killer prog soundtrack from the Canadian scene of the 70s – one that rivals some of the best German and French use of rock at the time – but on a record that's far more obscure! Most of the tracks here are instrumental, and make great use of the piano, organ, and saxophone of Gerald Boulet – who also sings a bit on the record, along with pianist Pierre Harel and female.
  8. Haunted, a novel by James Herbert Haunted, a novel in the Fear Street series by R.L. Stine Haunted: Tales of the Grotesque, a short-story collection by Joyce Carol Oates.
